At Poppin’ Flowers, we take pride in delivering high-quality, lifelike floral arrangements tailored to your space. Our goal is to ensure that you are delighted with every bouquet. Below, you’ll find our policy regarding refunds, returns, and subscription modifications.

1. Subscription Cancellations & Modifications

Our subscriptions are flexible! You can adjust your plan at any time, including size, style, or frequency. Just reach out to us, and we’ll make the necessary changes.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Prepaid 6-month and 12-month plans are non-refundable once activated, as they come with exclusive discounts and benefits. However, you can transfer the remaining balance to another recipient if needed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a bouquet has been delivered.
If your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Bouquet Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Poppin’ Flowers arrangement is unique and handcrafted with care. While we do our best to accommodate your style preferences, slight variations may occur.
If your bouquet doesn’t align with your expectations, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

4. Delivery & Returns

Our standard delivery covers locations within a 25 km radius of Bicton. Delivery is free for the first 5 km, then $25 for 5–25 km and a small fee per km beyond that.
If you are unavailable to receive your scheduled bouquet swap, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
We do not accept returns, as each bouquet is custom-designed. However, we are happy to adjust future arrangements based on your feedback.
