Is there a minimum subscription period?

We keep things simple and flexible! Our month-to-month membership means you’re never locked into a long-term commitment. Need to make a change? No problem!

Just let us know at least 7 days before your next scheduled swap if you’d like to pause or cancel your membership. Easy, stress-free, and always on your terms!

What payment options do you accept?

Delivery and Location

Do you deliver outside the 25 km radius?

Yes, we do! For deliveries beyond our 25 km included radius, there’s a small additional charge of $0.88 per kilometer. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your bouquets arrive safely and beautifully.

How do you ensure the quality of the flowers during delivery?

What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?

We want to make sure your beautiful arrangement arrives safe and sound! Since our bouquets are sensitive to sun and rain—and too valuable to leave in an unsecure spot—we take extra care with deliveries.

Here’s how we handle it:
24-Hour Notice – You’ll receive a message the day before delivery so you can plan ahead.
Alternative Drop-Off – If you’re not home, we can try a trusted neighbor. Just let us know in advance!

Can I add fresh flowers or water to the vase with artificial flowers?

It’s best to avoid adding water or fresh flowers to the vase. The stems of our artificial flowers contain wire that may rust when exposed to water.

Are your flowers safe for pets or children?
